Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You say what you need in your own words. If it cannot work out what to build, it offers you the closest ready-made ones instead — you never meet an error.
What happens when it does not know something?
It says so. It is built so it cannot invent a fact, a date or a price: when it has nothing to answer from, it says it does not have that on hand rather than guessing.
Can I undo what it does?
Yes. Every action it takes on the world declares how it is undone, and the button sits beside the action in your own record. Anything that cannot be undone says so before it happens.
Who sees my customers' messages?
You do, in your own record. They are your customers, not ours — your agent's page wears your name and nothing of ours, except one small line at its foot, which you agree to when you start.
What does it cost?
Building is free. Your wallet pays only for what your agents do, at the prices on the Pricing page, and your agents keep working while it holds money. If the wallet is empty they rest and their pages say so honestly. Nothing is ever charged without a receipt.
What if I already have a website?
Nothing on your side changes. Put its link on your site, print the code for your counter, or drop the bubble into your own corner — it answers there, in your name.
Is it really live in a minute?
When the words are clear, usually well under one — we measure it on our own front door. When it cannot work out what to make, you are offered the closest ready-made ones and the minute still ends with a working agent.
