Acceptable Use

What you may and may not do with an AI agent on Triven. These are terms: they bind every account, and the platform enforces them by machinery, not by good manners.

The one rule over everything

An agent may never act in a way your own business could not explain to your customer. Every other line here follows from that one.

The honesty laws, as terms

• Your agent never invents a fact, a date, a time or a price. When it has nothing to answer from, it says so. You may not instruct it otherwise, and it will refuse if you try.
• Asked whether it is a person, it tells the truth. You may not present its words as a human's where the law requires disclosure, and the platform will not help you do so.
• Everything it does is written into a permanent record you can read. You may not ask for a line to be removed or changed; nothing on the platform can do it, and that includes us.
• If your agent gives three wrong live answers in a day, or you ask it to say something untrue, it is paused with a plain sentence until you put it right.

The consent floor

• Your agent calls or texts only people who have agreed to hear from you, and every such agreement is on your record. A list without consent is refused at the door.
• Anyone who says stop is never contacted again by any of your agents, on any channel, and the record shows it.
• Cold outreach, bulk unsolicited messages, and any use that breaks the laws where your customers live are not permitted, and the platform is built so it cannot place such a call.

What is never permitted

• Deceiving, harassing, threatening or defrauding anyone.
• Collecting or handling information you have no right to handle, or using an agent to reach into accounts and services that are not yours.
• Trying to make an agent break its own limits, read what it should not, or act outside your own business's name.
• Reselling access to the platform, or using it to build a competing service from its machinery.

When we step in

If we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, we may pause an agent or an account. We say so, and we say why, in plain words.
