Everything here answers to one rule: an agent may never act in a way its own business could not explain to their customer. It cannot invent a fact, a date or a price. Everything it does is written down in plain words its owner can point at, and every action has an undo beside it. Numbers appear on this site only when we can show the receipt behind them.
