Subprocessors
The companies Triven passes information through to run the platform — what each one does for us, and where it works. We add a company here before it ever touches your information, and businesses on a data processing agreement may object on reasonable grounds.
Always, for every account
- Hostinger — the servers the platform runs on. Europe and the United States.
- Amazon Web Services — sending and receiving email, and the off-site copy of our backups. United States.
- Cloudflare — storage for files and documents you hand your agents. United States.
- OpenAI — the thinking behind your agents: the words a customer types are sent to be answered, and nothing more. United States.
- Stripe — every payment, top-up and payout. We never hold your card number. United States.
Only when you use the door
- Twilio — phone lines and text messages, when an agent has a number. United States.
- Vapi — carrying a phone call to and from an agent, when it answers calls. United States.
- ElevenLabs — the voice an agent speaks with on a call. United States.
- Deepgram — hearing what a caller says, on a call. United States.
- Google, Microsoft, Calendly, Square, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Acuity, Shopify, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp and the other services you connect — only the door you open, with your own account, and only the information that door needs.
A standby
- Anthropic — a second brain seated as a standby, used only if the usual one cannot answer. United States.
