Your first agent by hand

Ten minutes, an empty canvas, and an agent that answers your customers on its own page. Here is the whole road.

1. Open an empty canvas

Press AI Studio at the top of your home. A new tab opens on a fresh canvas called "Untitled agent". Give it a name by pressing the name at the top left.

2. Give it a way to start

Every agent starts from something a person does. On the shelf, find the card that gives your customer a box to type in and drag it onto the canvas. This is the first card — it needs nothing before it, which is what a first card looks like.

3. Give it a brain

Drag the brain card next. It thinks about what arrived and writes an answer. Draw a wire from the first card's text to the brain's text: what the customer typed now reaches the brain.

4. Show the answer

Drag the card that shows your customer the finished result, and wire the brain's answer into it. That is a complete agent: a box, a brain, a result.

5. Try it

Press Run and type a question the way a customer would. The run drawer shows every step in plain words, and what the customer would see. Press Preview to see the page itself.

6. Put it to work

Press Put it to work. Setup asks only for what the agent truly needs — your hours, your prices, a key for a door only if the agent uses that door. Then your agent is on its own page, working, and its record shows everything it does.
