Run

Run tries your agent right here, before any customer meets it. Type what a customer would type and the run drawer shows every step in plain words, as it happens — what arrived, what the brain thought, what each hand did — and, at the end, what the customer would see. A run that could not finish says why in one sentence.

Preview

Preview shows the agent's own page exactly as a customer will see it — the title, the hint in the box, the button — so you can read it with their eyes before it goes live.
