The four families
Every card belongs to one of four families, and each family wears its own colour on the canvas so you can read an agent at a glance.
Senses
How the world reaches your agent: a customer typing on its page, an email arriving, a message on Telegram, a call coming in, a clock that wakes it every hour or every day. A sense is always the first card.
The brain
The card that thinks. It takes what arrived, remembers what happened before if you give it memory, reads your own documents if you give it knowledge, and writes an answer in your words. If it does not know something, it says so — it never guesses a price, a date or a time.
Faces
What the customer sees: the box they type into, the file they hand over, the result they read. A face is the agent's own page.
Hands
What the agent does in the world: books into your calendar, sends an email, replies on Telegram, raises an invoice, hands a call to your staff. Every hand acts once and writes what it did in your record, so it can be taken back in one click.
